Working for ultrasonic cleansing. Some parts which not in process flow incomplete and not working (COT and some heat treatment unit)

Potential improvement scope: Since half of hot plate in not in productive mode, some parts required for example, pin cylinder, pin up/down sensor as well as oven i/o board. For coating process, it might required to re-setup whole unit with resist pump, circulator pump, spinner motor and driver as well.
